The space, designed by architect Oscar Niemeyer, was built in 1988, undergoing revitalization in 2010. After its reopening, in 2012, it started to be used by the population of the city of Vacaria, and can be rented for events in general. It has an auditorium with a centralized stage for various artistic presentations, such as musical and theatrical events.
