Nabinger was hired by OAS to carry out the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for the two Grêmio stadiums – OLÍMPICO STADIUM – Demolition and insertion of a large real estate development containing a hotel, a mall and residential towers. Construction of the ARENA do GRÊMIO development containing the new Grêmio stadium, training center, housing complex with 6 towers, shopping mall, hotel, and parking lots.

For the ARENA, NABINGER created all the rules for the works, trying to mitigate the impact in this phase of the development. Noisy tools, truck routes for arrival and departure of material, work schedules, and mitigations for the community were evaluated. A complex work was carried out, thus allowing a work with less impact on the neighborhood.

Nabinger also created the acoustic rules for all suppliers that would serve Arena do Grêmio and prepared extensive reports clearly defining the rules for using these new spaces in different situations of use, such as: soccer matches, international and national concerts, organization of local commerce and their respective sound sources, and more.
