Construction of the ARENA do GR\u00caMIO development containing the new Gr\u00eamio stadium, training center, housing complex with 6 towers, shopping mall, hotel, and parking lots.<\/p>\n<p>For the ARENA, NABINGER created all the rules for the works, trying to mitigate the impact in this phase of the development. Noisy tools, truck routes for arrival and departure of material, work schedules, and mitigations for the community were evaluated.
